How to get banned from Xbox Live for 7992 years
September 10th, 2007
Ever wanted to get your Xbox 360 banned from Xbox Live? Just do something it’s painfully obvious you’re not supposed to. For example, when a friend offers to use a glitch to send you a copy of Halo 3 Epsilon, take them up on the offer - you’ll get about six hours of play, then a window will pop up informing you of your ban from Xbox Live which lasts until the year 9999.
Those of you who actually want to play Halo 3 online later this month? Quite simple really - just don’t be a dick and try pulling something like this between now and then.
Two Milwaukee kids break into Target, steal one game
July 25th, 2007![]()
Two dumb-ass kids from Milwaukee with no concept of a risk/reward ratio have pulled off one of the most ridiculous robberies in history. They smashed their way into a Target store with a sledgehammer, and made a beeline for the video games department. After repeated attempts, they eventually managed to break the security case containing the games, took a single game from the case, and left the store in time to make a getaway.
The boys, who Police believe could be as young as 11, have not been caught. You can view their stupidity in action here, but should any of our younger, more impressionable readers start getting any ideas, we recommend the tried and tested method of obtaining video games for free, with considerably less inherent risk of ending up in jail - nagging your parents.
