Ninja Gaiden 2 demo out…in Japan.

The demo for Ninja Gaiden 2 has arrived…in Japan. Those of you with Japanese Xbox Live accounts (and I assume there’s probably more fake accounts than real ones) will probably need no encouragement to get on the download. Those of you who don’t have Japanese Xbox Live accounts will probably want to see this Destructoid post running you through the process.

Turok demo hits Xbox Live but not for North America

It’s not often that those of us outside North America get to play a game first - but that’s exactly the situation with the new Turok demo. OK, so it’s not a full game - but let us have our fun for once. The demo arrived on Xbox Live for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and United Kingdom. Sorry to those of you in the US and Canada, we have no information regarding when you will be getting your hands on this one.

Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune release date and demo announced

November 1st, 2007

Drake’s Fortune release and demo date announced

A demo of the PlayStation 3 exclusive Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will be hitting the PlayStation Network on November 8, with the full game being released on November 19th, a day earlier than expected. The other good news comes with Naughty Dog co-president Christophe Balestra’s announcement regarding the future of the game:

“Crash [Bandicoot] was a franchise, Jak & Daxter was a franchise and yes of course Uncharted will be a franchise. It takes a lot of effort to create a universe like Uncharted and there is so much more we want to do. It would be a waste if we didn’t have a sequel to make it even better than the first one.”

Definitely good news for those who can’t get enough of action adventures.
