Microsoft has a whole weekend of competitions planned to celebrate the impending release of Guitar Hero III. The most prominent being a 72-hour Play and Win sweepstakes, with a prize given away every hour. Another exciting prospect is the opportunity to shred it out against the games creators and nab the “Meet Your Maker” achievement…will you be able to beat them at their own game?

One of the winners of Xbox Japan’s summer campaign “Xbox 360 100 Titles Present” has posted pictures of his loot on the internet. One of the pictures features all 93 games (the other 7 are live arcade games) laid out spectacularly on a green futon (presumably to soak up the drool when he shows his friends his stash).
