Major Nelson has posted the latest Xbox Live statistics, and yes…people are still fully locked in to Gears of War. Unsurprisingly, Bomberman Live debuted at the top of the Live Arcade charts for the week - check out our review if you haven’t already, or read on for the figures.
Since its initial release on the MSX 24 years ago, Bomberman has been ported to just about every platform there is - and just incase you’ve somehow missed the ads running on nearly every game website in existance, it’s just arrived on Xbox Live Arcade. After some particularly painful adaptations of the franchise during the Nintendo 64-era, and more recently with Bomberman: Act Zero on the Xbox 360, Hudson have clearly got the message from the public - don’t f*** with the original formula.
