It’s that time of the week again where our favorite reviewer rips into some poor developer’s sleepless nights with laced compliments and downright vitriol. However in this week’s review of Crysis, our beloved Yahtzee seems to bestow some degree of praise upon the game. Come again?
This week Yahtzee pokes fun at the horrendously popular RPG Mass Effect. This has got to be one of his funniest efforts yet, complete with dick jokes, nerd predictability and Bruce Campbell.
It’s that time of the week again, and this time Yahtzee is ripping into the soft flesh of the darling of the musical game world, Guitar Hero III. While the gaming public has gone Guitar Hero III crazy, Yahtzee is decidedly more subdued and proclaims that the change of developers “stopped Guitar Hero being fun.”
This week’s installment from our favorite fast talker has him go up against Assassin’s Creed. You would think Yahtzee would be tearing holes in it, but he doesn’t. Okay, it wouldn’t be a Zero Punctuation review if he didn’t tear holes, but they are decidedly smaller than previous instances and all around it is a “positive” review.
Yahtzee has done it again - this time the unfortunate victim is the expansion pack F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate. He doesn’t rip into it as hard as usual, so maybe this one is worth a try for fans of the original F.E.A.R. game.
A clever YouTuber has given Ben “Yahtzee” Croshaw a taste of his own medicine by reviewing his game, TRILBY: Art of Theft in Yahtzee’s signature style. While some of it is a bit hard to understand thanks to an overzealous level of speed-talking combined with an American accent, it is none the less a good review and parody. Here’s hoping we get a response from Yahtzee.
Yahtzee is riled up again, this time about Clive Barker’s Jericho. I can’t really blame him for this one, my own experiences with the demo were enough to make me want to disembowel some kittens.
