This game is amazing it only took me about an hour playing online to get a whole bunch of money and buy any car i wanted. This is not a game for people who are not looking for a super realistic racing sim, but for those people who are like me, you will be amazed at how much fun it is to play this game.

@Mark - I don’t agree that other racing games have less content. DIRT and Forza 2 are the last two racing games I’ve played and the amount of content in GT5P just doesn’t compete. I played Forza for weeks and barely scratched the surface - much like the old PS1/PS2 Gran Turismo titles.

Neither of the games I mentioned are as pretty as GT5 Prologue, but I made it clear in the review that the game is gorgeous. Unfortunately, so were the free demos. Six tracks and a bunch of beautifully rendered cars I can’t afford (the time to sit there and unlock, that is) is not a ridiculously good deal.

How is this not a ridiculously good deal at $40 when other racing games have less content and inferior quality yet cost $60?

best Gran turismo ever. Get a 52″ hd tv, the logitech wheel and the game racer seat…..and will work untill you can get a real sports car.

I owned all the GT and this is the best if you play with the accesories I mentioned.

I race real cars in a track some in a while and this is the best driving simulator ever. I love the logitech wheel with the paddle shifters and the game racer seat is the best too.

$40 demo is worth every penny…I love you can race with other online users it’s fun..
