G4’s X Play recently aired some footage showing off Rock Band 2, and a member of the Score Hero forums armed with a TiVo spotted something of interest - a song selection menu with what could be nine of the tracks in the set list.

The tracks are:

• “Panic Attack” - Dream Theater (or Finger Eleven)
• “Chop Suey” - System of a Down
• “Give It Away” - Red Hot Chili Peppers
• “Everlong” - Foo Fighters
• “Kids in America” - Kim Wilde
• “Ace of Spades” - Motorhead
• “Hello There” - Cheap Trick
• “Any Way You Want It” - Journey
• “Pinball Wizard” - The Who

It’s not clear whether we’re looking at a music store interface or an in-game track selection interface, and there’s no guarantee the songs will arrive on the Rock Band 2 disc (remember “Welcome to the Jungle” in the early Rock Band videos?) - so don’t get your hopes up.
