Strictly for those who haven’t heard of bowls and ice, here’s Nyko’s latest foray into flooding the after-market - the Wii Party Station. Don’t get your hopes up - this won’t recharge your Wiimotes…just hold them. In striking resemblance to a seedy late-night infomercial, Nyko throws in (not one, but…) four removable drink coolers, a plastic bowl, a storage drawer, a hand dryer and four score counters (I’ve always found that games do a pretty damn good job of that). Can anyone explain why on earth someone would buy a device that encourages your guests to place Wiimotes in the vicinity of greasy chips and corrosive soda?
