Havok Physics, Animation and Content Tools available for free

Havok tools have been used in high-caliber games like BioShock, Halo 3 and MotorStorm - and now you can use them for free.
The Intel-sponsored release allows any developer to build a commercial PC game using the Havok tools - and if you’re selling your game for under $10, you don’t need to worry about getting a license to release it.
It’s not only developers who benefit - the Havok Content Tools are included with the download, and allow artists using Maya, 3ds Max, and SoftImage to export their creations in a format that can easily be incorporated into games using Havok.
Kudos to Intel for giving students and indie developers the tools they need to learn and make kick ass games.
