Donate your old games to U.S. soldiers

Gamers and industry types are both typically quite vocal regarding their dislike of trade-in retailers like Gamestop, who pay fractions of market value for used games that are then on-sold for just below the price of a new, sealed copy. So rather than taking a measly fiver for that DS game you’re done with, why not donate it to a soldier abroad and brighten up his or her recreational time?
Drew Koelher, founder of Trade-ins for Troops:
“I think there are a lot of people that may be interested in supporting in a non-financial way, and it’s a great opportunity to show the world that gamers care about our troops and would want to see them supported while they are away from home.”
This is a fantastic idea - in an environment where knock-off beers are an impossibility, it’s a no brainer that video games are a cherished form of relaxation.
For those who want to donate, games for portable consoles are ideal (for obvious reasons) however any console or PC title is appreciated.
