We’re going to take a look at the list of top video game sales from Amazon. This list doesn’t count the systems, accessories, or downloadables. I always found it weird that Amazon had a section of “Top Video Games” and they count accessories and the like. I’ve compiled the top 25 games so you don’t have to. There’s some analysis after the jump.

Notes:

+ Fitness seems to be the big trend at the moment. I guess recycling just wouldn’t make a good video game.

+ There is a big dearth of 360 and PS3 games. It could be a dearth of good games, the economy, or just that there are a lot of parents on Amazon. I’m happy to see that Killzone 2 even broke the top 10.

We’re going to continue following the charts each week so hopefully we could find some interesting trends. I wonder when the health games will disappear?
