We’re going to take a look at the list of top video game sales from Amazon. This list doesn’t count the systems, accessories, or downloadables. I always found it weird that Amazon had a section of “Top Video Games” and they count accessories and the like. I’ve compiled the top 25 games so you don’t have to. There’s some analysis after the jump.
1.Wii Fit - Wii
2.Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel - Wii
3.Pokemon Platinum - DS
4.Wii Sports Resort (Pre-Order) - Wii
5.Wii Play with Wii Remote - Wii
6.My Fitness Coach - Wii
7.Professor Layton and the Curious Village - DS
8.Killzone 2 - PS3
9.Mario Kart DS - DS
10.Shaun White Snowboarding - Wii

I’ve just posted my review of Killzone 2 over at Gizmag. For once, you can believe the hype.

Next time you fire up Super Stardust HD, you’ll be prompted to download the 4.00 update, adding support for custom soundtracks and Trophies (and making SSHD the first game to do either).
Here’s a list of the Super Stardust HD trophies:
Bronze

Firmware 2.40 is now live on the PlayStation Network, adding the long-awaited in-game XMB access, a Trophy system, and gives developers everything they need to support custom soundtracks.
Trophies are an unashamed carbon copy of the Xbox 360 Achievement system, the first of many steps Sony will have to make in order to catch up with Microsoft’s dominant online service.

The movie that Blu-ray owners have been waiting for is set for release on September 2 - and Amazon have opened pre-orders at a modest $27.95.

Amazon has opened pre-orders for the Blu-ray Collector’s Edition of Iron Man, and knocked the price down to $28. Unfortunately, they also put a Region 1 code on the disc, so those of you outside the US/Canada will have to wait.
Consider me shattered this is disc is region-locked - I’m not sure how things fare in Europe, but most studios take way too long to bring their Blu-ray releases to Australia. Cloverfield and Resevoir Dogs are both still over six weeks away, with their region-locked US counterparts having been available for a good while. Do they want my money or not?

They’re here! Mana Knight has found PlayStation Network Cards in the US at Meijer - who are the only people currently selling the cards, according to a manager at the PlayStation Network Hotline. So those of you in the Meijer-inhabited states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio are in luck - the rest of you will have to keep looking.

Sony has confirmed the release date of SingStar Volume 2 for the PlayStation 3 - provided you’re in a PAL territory. Australians get their on June 19, with Europe waiting an extra day to make fools of themselves on June 20. Click through for the tracklist.

A Kotaku reader didn’t recently find PSN cards in a store. What he did find, however, was the spot where they would have been if they were available. Can’t be long now…
